In a market where nearly every corner offers another place to eat and drink, simply serving great food isn’t enough. People have to remember why they chose your table over everyone else’s.

Discovery revealed that Fletchers needed more than a logo or promotional campaign. It needed a brand with a distinct personality and a creative system that could consistently connect with its audience.

Fletchers is a neighborhood sports bar with a lively outdoor patio, built around a relaxed atmosphere that naturally attracts young professionals. While craft beer played a supporting role, the true focus was a classic bar experience featuring premium wells, whiskey, scotch, vodka, and rum.

The initial challenge was clear: increase Wednesday night traffic while introducing a new appetizer menu that had yet to gain traction. Rather than relying on discounts alone, the strategy centered on creating a promotion that spoke directly to the target audience and gave them a reason to choose Fletchers over the competition.

The campaign focused on four key objectives:

• Connect with the core demographic (Men 20–30)
• Drive domestic draft beer sales through targeted promotions
• Increase midweek traffic and address Wednesday night slowdowns
• Showcase and generate awareness for the new appetizer menu
