Like every brand, the logo and illustration needed to be very easy to read and identifiable to a broad audience. What sets the LayerMates brand apart is the two main areas of focus for the demographics. It needed to have a streamlined look, similar to an athletic brand, but with a classic take. Since the directions on using the garment are a little bit tricky to convey, the logo and brand needed to be simple to pair. Cohesive Media focused on the main letters L & M, and fused iconography that slightly resembles the garment.
